I think you've mentioned a few times about your cardio training on spyderlovers; if I have that wrong, I apologize.
After all these years of strength training I started putting in more cardio for the past 2 years. I know there are those that say getting on a machine for cardio is boring, and blah, blah, blah; when I hear that I tune them out.
Okay, now my question(s). Do you use an HRM? I ask because I'm reading a Stuart McRobert book and HRM's in general we're mentioned in the section on cardio. So, I did a google search and found the Polar Loop with an H7 interested me. Since I have an iPad mini I thought buying the Loop would be redundant, except using the iPad would be a little cumbersome; then, I'd be worried about the iPad falling off the machine I'm on or if working with weights someone stepping on it. If you had an iPad would you use it for tracking or would you spend the money for the Loop?
Thanks
