If you are into stringed instruments Eldery Instruments http://www.elderly.com/ They deal all over the country and have a full repair facility available. New and used available.:2thumbs:Glad to see so many guitar players here. I only play casually these days since giving up my band a bit over 40 years ago. I'm a dedicated Country music fan and player (finger picking). I also play banjo and mountain dulcimer as well as harmonica. My current favorite guitar is the Zager ZAD80CE. Much easier on the hands and fingers for hours of playing without arthritis giving me a fit. My current collection is a Les Paul, 2 Epiphones the Zager 1 mountain dulcimer, 1 5string banjo and 2 harmonicas. I still keep a collection of amps and mikes (you never know). These days all my singing is done 3 nights a week at karaoke (hey, the voice aint what it once was):gaah:.
One of my favorite pickers. And funny too.
By the way, there is another good picker. Ray Benson, front man for Asleep at the Wheel. If you like Texas Swing.
Didn't Alvin Lee play on an SG?
This one is mind-boggling because both the lead AND the Bass are SERIOUSLY earning their paychecks!
Got a Les Paul electric and a Gibson flat top here. I keep trying to pick it like Tony Rice or Jimmy Martin, but I don't think that is ever gonna happen!! I think I am setting my sights a little high.
Sent from the corner of walk and don't walk....

My daughter lives in Nashville. I have seen Allison Krauss et al at the Grand Ol' Opry. Good stuff! I have a modest Marantz,Klipsch, sound system that makes it sound like Allison is standing in my Man cave. I have Barcolounger in the sweet spot.
