• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Issuing a complaint, electroincally, to BRP

I am having strong smells of gas from my 2013. I am very much aware of the problem they have had with others complaining of this issue and some catching on fire.
However, I have had not success in BRP responding to my previous emails. Is there a way to get them recognize my complaint and put it on record. Please share this info with me, as obviously I might be doing something incorrectly. Thanks for you help.

E-mail does not seem to work. BRP seems to not like putting anything in writing that can be passed around. An actual call to the help line seems to work better. They will assign you a case #, etc. I don't have the number--but I am sure someone will put it up quickly for you.

Road trip..!!

Got nothing to do..?? Ryde up there in person...:roflblack::roflblack: Maybe the recent re-call in Canada will draw their attention to issues that could cause fires....good luck...

I contacted BRP Customer Care a few months back and got a response within 24 hours. Keep in mind that there is a person who has to look at your email. I would keep it polite and stick to the facts and I would also keep emotions out of the email.

I would think you need to start at the dealership level..They should get first crack at it...May be something simple...:dontknow:
