You're faith in the illusion of the free market system is inspiring.

In my area the biggest dealer has the worst service. Frankly that has been my experience almost everywhere with everything. Sales drives the marketplace not service and since service is still almost entirely in the hands of dealers only it is clearly secondary to sales.

I'd vote a solid 3.

The local Honda dealer service sucks so all the GoldWing guys buy from other dealers... silly farmers still buy 4 wheelers from him so his lot is full of 4 wheelers.
