I sent them an email asking about it and received the following:

Hello Jeff,

Yes, to join in the two lap Monster Dash around Daytona International Speedway on October 19th, tickets are $30 per bike and can be purchased in advance by calling 1-800-PIT-SHOP (748-7467) or the day of the event at the ticket booth located in Thunder Alley.
