Anybody had flat tire experience? Tow cost and repair cost and inconvenience?
I carry a compact 12v compressor and a hole plug kit and keep my fingers crossed I'll never need to use them.
Some things you just really don't want to know!

Having never heard of "a Stop and Go patch kit" I googled it and don't understand what I see.:agree: And I have needed to use mine. I used a Stop and Go patch kit which worked just fine until I could get to a dealer. The flat was easy to find - a nail was buried right in the middle of the tread.

It seems that the kit contains a patch that would need to be on the inside of the tire.
If so how do you get the tire off the rim on the side of the road?
If the patch just sticks to the outside of the tire it seems it would come off very quickly.
The Stop'N'Go needed is a plug kit. You insert aq plug from the outside with the special tool included, after you clean and ream the hole.Having never heard of "a Stop and Go patch kit" I googled it and don't understand what I see.

It takes 3-6 standard cartridges or 2-4 large cartridges to fill a large motorcycle tire just to a pressure to get you to an air station. It would take a dozen or more to fill a Spyder tire. Not a viable option, IMO.That's what i carry, also co2 cartridges, Those i keep with my bike, Takes up almost no room, I did use them on my VTX years ago, Pulled a nail out of my back tire, put a plug in and instant air to get me home.

That's the one I use, too. It is smaller than the one with the big plier-like thing to insert the plugs.:agree:
Check here for the Stop n Go I was talking about: http://www.aerostich.com/stop-and-go-pocket-plugger-tubeless-tire-repair-kit.html
