• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Flipped RS

Oldmanzues,

Are you talking about the one that I mentioned above? Or, was there another one? The only other one I know of is the one Firefly mentioned.

Different one. I remember that story too. Husband on his 2 wheeler and his wife on Spyder talking via comm system when she couldn't slow down , kill switch, etc. and then flipped it. Pretty sure hers was an se5- so no clutch to pull in.

Wasn't sure what to make of that story either. Brakes should be able to overcome full throttle. Kill switch should work..and if not then the key sure as heck can be turned off.

:agree: Just my inexpert opinion, but the fact that she said the brakes weren't slowing her down didn't mean that she wasn't doing something to monkey that process up a bit too...

That's the one I mentioned in post #5. I'm going to PM you b/c I don't want to be blamed for another thread disappearing.
