• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Exhaust outer diameter...anyone know it?

Does anyone happen to know the outer diameter of the header outlet...or the inner diameter of tubing that slides over it?

Had to get it in a round-about way...stay with me here... I just measured the Magic Man adapter pipe (same as stock on the header side). This should get you want.

Where it connects to the header = 2.875" ID.
It also uses the stock gasket = .125" thick per side (2 sides)...
So... 2.875" less (.125" x 2) = 2.625" OD of the header.

FWIW...the Hindle does not use the gasket, so it's header-side ID is also 2.625" +/- a few thou.

And, you didn't ask but the muffler side of the Magic Man pipe is 2.25" OD.

How's that for service?

Thanx...Didn't want to remove items just to check until I had some definite down side. Looking at picking up some preformed exhaust sections and fabbing up an undertail or a dual high mount.
