• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

''Why is it always the right side (muffler side) gasket that goes? I usually change 3 on the right side for every one I replace on the right.
One thing i notice is that fuel consumption increases from normal for my bike, this is also a good indicator that for me, the y pipe needs some attention. It does not seem to matter whether or not it is the bike with the hindle or the bike with the stock muffler.

On a positive note, however, I got 27,000 miles out of the stock rear tire, and am going to replace with another kenda.

Are you using the Honda gaskets?

Glad to see your at 27,000 on rear tire. I,m at 12,000 and have about half the tread left so I hope to make it to 20,000.
I accelerate fast BUT don,t burn rubber.
My mileage has gone down to about 30 this summer. I,m wondering IF hotter temps= Lower MPG because I swear It goes up to 35 MPG in the cold months?

DOWN to 30??

WOW--- consider yourself lucky....

I must ride my Spyder way to hard.

I don't burn rubber (much) and I only got 13,000 miles out of my rear tire. I don't over fill my oil (I even run it a little low) and I can't keep oil out of the airbox and I never get over 30 mpg.
