• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyderfest Devils Elbow Ryde

You "guys" out there might like this one. It's fairly short with lots of twisties and some straight stuff to stretch the motor some ( if you want to) Stop at The Devils Elbow Inn which is a "Bikers bar" and has a rather interesting Ceiling decorations that you may or may not find funny. The Devils Elbow bridge is an historic one and still used, but only for car or bikes. People have been known to stay on the bridge to get pictures of their group on it. It's part of old 66 and the bluffs around it may have some Eagles flying around. Sorry don't have a lunch stop BUT will get ya'll back for that lunch at Cuba. It's good roads, twisties, staights stuff and good Scenery. Sure hope the Eagles will be out for ya. If you like some History you might like this ryde. Just gotta make sure you are gassed up BEFORE you go. Short trip leaves at 1030 Friday the 29th April. HOPE TO SEE YA'LL THERE!!! In the meantime have a great day. :2thumbs:

Let me double check but were all spyderlovers here, so there has to be food on the ryde....... Was thinking it was the famous cooking from scrath restrant. Still all in all a pretty cool run! Very popular in this are for bikers. Love all the bluffs and the slower pace style, and you won't be gone all day. Lots of route 66, nice views, history, and give you more time for pancakes and vendor village! See you all soon!

I'll be taking you all thru some really pretty country. Roads are good, twisties for all and don't forget the straights for those who want to "goose" it. But just don't want to lose anybody. Good Eatin at the Cookin from Scratch. When I went thru again the other day the gas was 10c cheaper than in Rolla. Course by the time we get there for the FEST it will be up again. :( Hope to see you all at THE FEST!!!
