In a recent Motorcycle Sport and Leisure magazine Erik Buell is interviewed. He has a great reletionship with BRP because of the Rotax motor that he has used in the Buells and of which he is very fond.
When discussing BRP he says, "it's a great company by the way, both Bombardier and it's Rotax division. Bombardier has some really fine people. I love working with them - they're a very innovative company". He is discussing a potential bike with BRP and when asked if he may be building a bike for Can-Am he responds, "I can't talk about that".
Imagine what he could do with a Spyder!! Perhaps an 1125R??
