Where's this go?

We just bought a 4 month old RTS from a nice gentleman in MI. I was looking through the package of stuff that included the extra barrel lock for a trailer, and I found a nice decal made of a thick glossy rubber-like material. It has the Premier Edition number of our bike stamped on it and says "Spyder RT-622 Premier Edition". Does anyone know if this is meant to go on the bike somewhere? It has an odd 4-sided shape that looks like it's supposed in a certain place.
