There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Bonneville World of Speed

Hey Doc you going to go this year? :dontknow:

What better break in for a Spyder with 100,000 miles on it? Nothing like a few speed runs to make sure the motors still tight. :yikes:

This is who I went with last year and it was ran like butt, slow, rain almost ****ed me because its so late in the year and both car and bike people.

I am talking to the budd's (bike salt flats ran by the ama who would not like spyders run because or the tippy trikes) to see if they will let spyders fun this year.

If anyone knows someone in the AMA to have me call and figure this out.

Looks like you'll get a lot of riding done in those two weeks. It probably isn't much more than normal mileage for you though.

Speedweek 2010 Salt Report Written by Jon Wennerberg Thursday, 08 July 2010 Larry Volk was on the salt a few days ago (early July) and reports that it looks very good for the upcoming racing season. Based on what he reported there will be three courses again for Speedweek. The site for the long course has been chosen -- but won't be surveyed and set up 'til all are comfortable that there won't be a weather disaster. A long course and two short courses have been dragged in to shape, and the short course is dragged for 8 miles in case the present long course gets farkled by weather. The special course is four miles long.

Very cool Doc !!!

Looks like you have a lot of ryding in the works for Sept, should be a great month! The salt flats 'performance testing' sounds and looks like an interesting time. Are you going to unload your side bags, backrest, etc..., for the racing / testing ;) :dontknow:

Any more performance testing upgrades between now and the saltflats? Not that you need it!

Wish I could join you guys at the BBQ, but not this year :(.
Cheers,
Dean

That pretty much takes care of September, Doc. I hope to see you at the BBQ. I wish I could meet you at the Flats, but I don't have your grit. :D

Doc,

Even on a trailer, your Spyder looks fast. I'd offer to be your pit crew, but it looks like I might be working by then... If not, Maybe I'll meet you part way.
