• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any Vendors who sell a Basic tool kit for Spyders (F3L)?

Are there any vendors that would sell a basic tool kit for the Spyder (F3L)? Specifically, I just received a new tank bib from Spyderpops and it looks like I'll need to take the seat and most of the front covers off in order to stick the bib on. I did put a new backrest on and realized that my tools were too short to easily replace the bolts holding on the front seat. I don't have a T25 and I think a long T-handled 10 mm wrench would also be a lot easier. From watching YouTube videos I know there is some kind of a tool to pop out the plastic "rivets". I hate to buy whole sets of wrenches for the specific sizes I need for this Spyder. So, any vendors out there who've put together kits?

This will handle the rivets https://www.amazon.com/Car-Accessor...24b-b27b-c0676f48a016&pd_rd_i=B09KGJVM2Q&th=1

Lots to choose from.

No one makes a Spyder-specific toolkit to my knowledge. You'll need a few Hex & T-bits as well as the T-25 and a few metric sockets (and a ratchet with extender) at minimum.

Depends on how much 'wrenching' you intend to do as to what else to have.

Welllllllllllllllllllllllll .... BRP used to include one with the Spyder, but I don't think they do anymore?! .... Mike  ......I stand corrected BRP is still giving you one with your new Spyders ..... Mike .......9/9/23

My '23 F3 came with a "basic" toolkit from BRP. In a separate kit bag - I also keep a tire plug kit, compact tire inflator, and a small jump pack with me. Takes up little room and can be swapped from bike to bike with ease.

Funny thing about that, Mike....I need a longer T-handled wrench to get the seat off to get to the tool pouch:) Anyway, I think that's where it's located. I really do need to finish reading the owner's manual:(

My new 2023 F3 LTD Special Series has a tool kit with the bike. Yes, BRP is still including the tool kits with the spyders.
