• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Got on the new F3 and double checked the set up on the gauges, radio stations, time, etc. Then seat belted Elmo into the passenger seat.

All that remains is to put the cup holder on. Have to work my way up to that wrenching stuff. :roflblack:

Linda is now ready to ride. :dg1::dg2::riding:

We did our first ride on the new F3. Wind had a terrible cutting edge, made 54 degrees feel like 34 degrees. We went a little over 20 miles. Got to play with shifting gears and varying speeds on our way to breaking it in.

Runs flawless, and no noticeable differences from the 2019. I will turn it over to Linda when it gets 50 miles on it.

And...the magma red is a beautiful choice now that we see it in person and compare it to the phoenix orange on the 2019.

Today I installed the Spyclops and the Stainless Steel vents from Spyderpops. I had previously installed a led light on the lower front of the bike. No reason for someone to say I didn't see you now.
One before than some after pics. I really like the stainless steel vents better than just the hole

Replaced the factory battery on my 2015 F-3. It was still working fine, but I didn’t want it failing at a bad time. The battery clamp was a bit frustrating to get back into place.

That looks amazing! Can you post a night time picture with the new light?

Here's a couple from the front looking at the lights and one from beside the windshield looking forward. The lower looking lights are just reflections from the lights above. The headlights were off. Also you cant tell from the pics but the spyclops is brighter than the factory leds on each side of it.

Shooter, I see a LED up front just under frunk lid, under the BRP badge when the lid is closed. That is very neat, an you give me a link where ya got it.

Installed Bumper 2.0. Bumper 1.0 was made of aluminum channel and closer to the bodywork. I feared that, in an impact, it would collapse. Bumper 2.0 is made of steel square stock and farther from the body. Mo bettah! Bottom photo is Bumper 1.0.

Took a ride into town. Filled the tank with gas. Stopped an picked up dinner for tonight. Was a nice ride an spent some time with the people who own the restaurant. Just finished dinner, it was so good.

Nice install K80. Was thinking about installing one on Belle, but holding off for a while in hopes that one of our vendors will come up with a "Night Rider" light to install in that location. Having those sequential LED's would look awesome there and hooking up to the GPS circuit shouldn't cause a hyperflash on our Spyders.

Installed sling mods fog lights. My first adventure removing tupperware, wasn't too bad. Was a bit disappointed to find out the DRL piece of these lights don't work with headlights on high beam, but oh well. I still have a second set of "eyes" trying to make eye contact with those sometimes villainous vehicles I must share my roads with.
