2011 Freedom Trailer - which Hitch on/for my F3?

Hello All! I have a 2019 F3 Limited and I’m going to look at a 2011 Freedom Trailer next Friday. It does not include the hitch. I am assuming I can buy a hitch and use that trailer with my F3 Limited? If not, would someone please let me know The asking price is $1300. I thought that might be a little high because it does not include the hitch! Any thoughts on that would be greatly appreciated!

Are you certain it's a 2011 Freedom trailer and not a 622? The Freedom trailer succeeded the 622, I don't know what year after MY 2014, but the 622 was the Spyder trailer when I bought my Spyder.

Very good price on the trailer. Hitch is not part of the trailer no different than a car or truck it is a separate thing. Hitch will cost you another 300 to 700 depending what hitch you get.

That price is very low for a 2011 RT-622 or Freedom trailer, unless there is some damage. Did you see any pictures of the trailer? If it's a 2011 its a RT-622 not a Freedom trailer.

I saw it on Craigslist and the post has expired but I have been in contact with the seller... will both of those models work with my F3 Limited? That is the question... I’ve tried to find some info and haven’t had much luck
I’ve tried to attach a photo, if it doesn’t work, I’ll try a different approach...

Yes, either trailer will work with your F3-L. BRP has a hitch that will work for your Spyder, https://can-am.brp.com/on-road/us/en/shop/spyder-accessories/trailers-accessories.html. If's it's a 2011 Rt-622 chances are it came with the round 9 pin connector and you will have to convert it to the 4 pin square connector unless the owner has already converted the trailer to a 4 pin square connector.

You are getting this RT-622 at a great price. If you are serious about this trailer I would get it ASAP before the seller raises the price or someone else purchases it.
