Rack conflicts?

Has anyone mounted the new brp sidecase racks as well as the Kewlmetal frame mounted luggage rack? Are there any conflicts or interference between them when installed together?

We have both the Kewl rack and the I7 side mounts (similar to BRP's) on W's Spyder. Had the Kewl rack first (their usual high-quality, SOLID mounting). When adding the side rack, I made a small bracket to hold the speed nut for the bolt from the center of the cross-piece. Works like a charm.

Thanks, jnt! Especially helpful since I already have the Ind 7 sideracks. I have the Ind 7 toprack, but it has broken on me once. I have repaired it, but am looking to replace it with Kewlmetal's bulletproof rack.
