There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. GPS Recommendations for a 2019 F3-T

Hi, can anybody recommend a GPS for a 2019 F3-T. I’m new to all this customization fun stuff.
Possibly a Garmin, but a specific model that you’re happy with, that is not crazy expensive. I am looking to mount it right at the center of the handlebars and would like to be able to use my Cardo Packtalk Bold helmet communication setup to get the directions via Bluetooth. Plan on using some type of mounting from Lamonster Garage. Thanks.

I just installed a Garmin Zumo 595 on my 2018 RTL. From what I had read, folks preferred the 590/595 to the 660, which are the 2 models that have specific to Spyder mounts if you choose to go that way. The Zumo series are possibly the best removable units on the market for motorcycles. I caught mine on sale from The GPS Store for $549.99, which is the price being charged for refurbished units. https://www.thegpsstore.com/Motorcycle-Units-C184.aspx . Prices have gone up, but not as much as BRP is asking.

GPS sale, I bought the Zumo 396. best price I've seen on any Zumo....Unfortunately the Anniversary sale is over..

The Zumo has a Ram Ball mount, Blue tooth, Life time maps.
I have a DIY mount in the center of the handle bars. Plan to
pair the bluetooth with my Cell Phone and Sena in the Helmet
for call announcements and call data.
Also attempting to pair with my XM radio.

I ordered this to replace my TomTom XXL. No more plastic bag needed in the rain.

More info about GPS.

Thank you. I did a best offer on eBay to GPS City and offered $549 for a brand new unit with free shipping. I guess that is a good deal. Does the 595lm come with mounting and wiring (where you can remove device from the mount) so it mounts on the 4 bolts of the handle bar clamp with bolts? Is this mount included with the 595lm? Thanks for your help. These GPS devices are getting expensive.

My 595LM came with a motorcycle cradle, inclusive of their multi-wire harness, a car mount with small speaker, and a bunch of Ram Mount stuff. https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/536397#box https://youtu.be/0aaZBEUmYD8.

I had to supply the attachment to my Tri-Axis bars, which will be different than yours. My Spyder specific mount cost about $60. There are mounts that include the cradle that's already supplied with the Garmin, so don't double purchase. On my 2018 RTL, the wiring harness was the same one used by BRP with the exception of one connector. All that should be easy to obtain separately.

I know that you're riding an F3T, but most of this info is still good. Your GPS power is in a different place though (I believe). Good luck and good hunting!
