Ebay ! I got 10 of them for under $2.00 with free shipping from seller luckjewelryshop888. Just search ebay for "microphone headset sponge" or something like that.
Perfect fit, and I carry a few extras with me for the next time that I lose one. I've actually thought about putting a little dab of glue or silicone on the next on that I put on, and see if that helps hold it on.

I wrapped a piece of black felt around mine, about 4 x 4, tied it up with a piece of old black shoe lace and cutoff the excess, works fine and doesn't look bad.
