• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Super deal on a trailer :)

Check it out.... Just picked this trailer up for $150!
It's almost brand new. Guy bought it and never used it. Found it on Craigslist and picked it up yesterday.

Looks good with my SPYDER aye?

Tows easy. The Spyder did not even act like it was back there

I have some things to do to it like wheel bearing repack and making sure all the hardware is tight etc.
I may do some of the other mod suggested for this trailer by other Spyder owners and Goldwing owns that have used it.
1) Larger tires
2) Eye bolts inside for tie downs
3) Remove one leaf spring on each side
4) Carpet on the inside

Congratulations. ...

That is a find..!! can't beat the price and it matches the spyder nicely...Will be a great companion for the long trips with room for everything.'ing for pictures when your done cause trailers fall under the farkel curse ...:roflblack:

One other suggestion Bob, replace all the lights with LED's. Great find and looks like it was made for your ride!!

Check the wiring, most of those I've seen use Scotch Locs, can short to ground real easy. 4.80 by 12 wheels, LEDs, license bracket moved higher, you should be good to go.

Great looking and a great price. :2thumbs::2thumbs: You saved a lot of money. Farkle time! :roflblack::roflblack:

The capacity is greater than we can (should ) tow with our spyders. By removing one of the leaf you cut down on bounce. A few shots of mine, and yes I have put a dimmer on the trailer perimeter lights. That shot was at full brightness.

What does removing one leaf spring get you? GREAT deal by the way:yes::yes:

Do you have a Harbor Freight in your area. They always have 20% off coupons and several times a year they do 25%. I caught mine when the trailer was on sale for $349 and used a 25% coupon. Nice deal. Bob's looks almost new and he didn't have to put it together. ;) Bonus points. Typically they do the 25% off around holidays to get people in. They start handing out the coupons with purchases and sales flyers a couple of weeks early. Probably worth your time to swing by one soon with the Memorial Day weekend coming up.

That is a very good deal indeed. I am looking for one like that myself. Congratulations.

Bob,
Forgot to mention earlier to check that the tongue is perpendicular to the axle. If it is off you will be pulling down the road at a slight angle and wear your tires.
