• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

so they caught him and his mother

1/2 THE STORY

Unfortunately; he's only looking at 120 days in lock-up... :gaah:
But his Mom could end up with 10 years behind bars! :D
.....The 120 day thing is for leaving the country......He could get 10 real years in real prison for the Probation violation.....when / if convicted.......     :yes:we can only HOPE :thumbup::thumbup:.............Mike

Mike,
Actually... maybe not. :gaah:
Remember; this was handled in juvenile court originally. :banghead:
If they switch this over into Adult court; they're going to have to try like the bugger, to get his prior bad acts in...

He isn't a juvenile anymore. They can shift him to the adult court system. Mom and son have :cus: off enough people now, it might happen.

:gaah: Our wonderful court system... Since he was only 16 when he caught "Affluenza", and killed those four innocent people...
Here's my idea of how to cure him...

Believe me... I HOPE that you're 10000% correct! :D
But I ain't a lawyer, and they've got some of the funniest ways, of looking at the Law... :gaah:
.....He received 10 years for His crimes.....which were deferred if He received X amount of mental treatment and then the rest to be served as PROBATION........WHICH CAN BE RE-VOKED IF VIOLATED !!!!!..( which He DID )...If He is not on Probation....then the only option is to serve His sentence in Prison.....................I'm          ....for justice ......Mike

I think the original judge should be sentenced to 10+ yrs.nojoke. But if this little punk gets off with only 120 days, how long do you think it will take him to massively screw up again, because he's thinking he's untouchable.

Just pray he only ruins his life when he eventually messes up again.

The punk got a trial by judge. Funny thing, but the judge who sentenced him to the luxury spa for treatment, has retired...
