• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

tires

Oh no..!!

Tires :yikes: hang on..I'm sure someone has but from most of these tires popping up I see very little mileage and they all look good and work well short term. I know you all are looking for how long they last and how cheap they are, price is easy and fast endurance takes a lot longer. Seems few come back to let us know hope your choice has some road time..

I'm running a Michelin Primacy 215/60/15 for 15,000 miles with NO problems. Deanna777 is running an Altimax RT-43.

Has anyone actually tried the General Altimax RT-43 T-rated 215/60-15 rear tire? If so, what are the results?
I have the General Altimax RT 43 installed on my rear tire on my 2014 RTS-SE6.

Tire size that I have on is : 215/60 15, and the spyder handles well on dry, wet, gravel, roads. I do not feel a difference when I am riding. I had a can-am dealer install the tire.

Also, I still have the Kenda tires on the front. I bought the General Altimax RT 43 in June and I have 7,000 miles on it( mileage on spyder now is 10,380) I am very happy with the General Altimax RT 43 tire. Deanna

I am very happy with my General Altimax RT 43 tire on the rear of my spyder. I am thinking of getting the General Altimax RT 43 tire for the fronts.

The spyder handles fine, and no issues. It is a great tire.

I am running on the 215/60 R15 size on the rear. Price for the tire $ 76.44 Freight Charge:$ 15.57
Total Payment :$92.01 This was in June, 2015. Deanna

Good Choice

Have just shy of 3K miles on the General Altimax we had installed in June. I can't tell a difference in the ride/handling from the stock tire. Very happy with it so far.

Yup!! Put it on about 2000 miles ago and loving it. Better ride, better handling, better price, and speedometer is now correct too. All for under $100, mounted. I would recommend it.

:agree: I am also running General Altimax RT 43 215/60R15 and I would highly recommend it also. I got the General Altimax RT 43 in June, 2015.

I paid $76.44 + Freight Charge $15.57 = Total Payment: $ 92.01. I have 7,000 miles on rear tire, total on Mileage on spyder is 10,300, and I would defiantly get the General Altimax RT 43 for the front. Deanna

I've got one on my 2012 RS. I've got about 3000 miles on it and showing no wear but I can't feel much difference. Going to get them on the fronts also. (185-65R. 14)
