Default Any problems with battery charging due to Electric Clothing?

I own a 2022 RT Limited. Has anyone had a problem with their battery charging when you have an electric jacket liner plugged in while the heated grips and seat were on?

I run my 20 RT with heated grips and seat on low and power my jacket & gloves as well. I haven't had any problems in 3 winters of riding almost every Sunday.

Should not be a problem even with full electric gear. Especially the current products with pulse heating. We sell the Warm & Safe product and have had zero issues. Even on the early Spyders that don't have as much charging current as the 1330 machines.

The 1330cc engine's alternator outputs 1250W@1720RPM, 850W@2910RPM. Nominal operating load is probably 300W. !00W of heated gear will keep you at warm summer day temperatures. So plenty of reserve capacity in traffic or on the highway.

    I have a 2014 RTS-SE6 with the "1330" Ace Engine.

I run/use the Heated hand grips+ my heated Jacket liner( which is 90 Watts) on my Spyder. I haven't had any problems.

    I use the following http://Thewarmingstore.com/warm-n-sa...s-heated-liner

I am also using the above on my sled.

I run/and use the FirstGear Heat-Troller Version CMB Remote - Designed and Manufactured by Warm and Safe Heated Gear, LLC.

When I use the above, I run the red knob at about a quarter turn, and the yellow knob about a quarter turn as well, (that controls the heated pants, when I am on the sled/or Spyder).

I hope the above info helps.

I also use/run the following on my sled: http://revzilla.com/motorcycle/gerbi...?sku-id=716682

My 1330 ran two full sets of heated clothing, charged a cell phone and sena headsets along with running both driver and passenger heated hand grips. The alternator ran all that without any issues. I'm also going to try and add a heated coffee mug holder.
