We have a frost warning this morning till 9am. I still have some tomatoes on the vines. Hopefully I can get them to turn red real soon. Currently we have 38°F.

The Weather today is going to be another great day. High of 62°F with sunshine.
Low of 38°F. Possible rain shower coming late tonight.
Get out there and enjoy some Spyder Ryde Time.
The game is a go. ....

Currently it's 83 here in the desert. Todays high will be 92 and it will be a little breezy (10-15 MPH). There are no clouds and the humidity is now at 33% which is a bit high for us. Spent yesterday afternoon with the refrigerator repairman. The thermostat in my not-very-old refer quit working and the condenser turned into one big chunk of ice. Got it thawed out and working. New parts ordered and being installed tomorrow. The joys of home ownership! Stay safe..... Jim

I think my season is over ..... the rest of Oct. is low 50's ( w/ occasional rain :gaah:) to upper 40's. At my age if it's not fun I don't do it. .....JMHO ....Mike

My spyder season is over too!

We are stuck in a weather rut. We have a slow moving upper level-low pressure system will be just crawling along from west to east, just to our north. That means more of the same weather for as far as we can see, although there will be a few tweeks one way or the other.

One of those "Tweeks" will be on Thursday as the low is closest to us as if tracks to the east. After some morning sunshine on Thursday, there will be scattered showers during the afternoon.

An other "Tweek" will be in the other direction with some sunshine on Friday. But still, there will also be plenty of clouds around.

There will be a partial eclipse of the sun on Saturday in the early to-mid afternoon hours. But most of us will find it difficult to see. It looks mostly cloudy during the day, but dry. There could be a few breaks in the cloud cover in order to catch a glimpse of he eclpse, especially the farther north you are.

Not much changes in the weather after that as we get into the start of next week. It will remain relatively dry, but there will be lots of clouds around with just a few sunny breaks from time to time. There may be just a few showers late Monday into Tuesday.

Current temp is 50 degrees and feels like 50 Wind 4 mph SSW Humidity: 85 % Visibility 9 Miles Dew point: 45 Pressure 29 Precipitation 0%

Everyone stay safe/healthly

Ride your spyders when you can!

:lecturef_smilie:... Oh man, did you say 'snow'? I was looking at the weather records for Indiana.
We had early snow in 2014 on October 18th. Normally we would receive the 'first snow' sometime in November. I sure hope so for this year. Currently 53°F with cloudy sky.

Today is a warmer day than yesterday.
High is going to be 77°F, with sunshine.
The low of 52°F. No rain in the forecast for today.

Get into the, 'Game of Life'.

Friday 10/13/23

:chat:...Nothing unlucky about today, currently we have overcast sky and 54°F. Going to be another great day for ryding for me.

Today's numbers are 77°F with some clouds.
Low at 56°F with possible chance of rain tonight.

Weather News People are saying that we will have some type of sun/moon event tomorrow.
More on this later.

Stay Safe and Healthy. ....

Fall is in the air here in NW Arkansas. Going to hit some high 30's at night this weekend. High today looks like it might make 70. Clouds off and on.

For us, our motorcycle season is now coming to an end. Monday, the last bike will be picked up and driven off to North Carolina. Our motorcycling days will then be over. That will be 57 years of riding for me and 12 years of riding for Linda.

We are going to miss them, but life marches on. Sorry: but I still plan on being around here. I have been a part of the daily gang since Feb of 2010. When I leave, someone will notify all of you of my demise. Hope it's a while to go.

The current temp is 53 degrees. Partly sunny. Feels like temp is 53 degrees.

That stubborn low is starting to move away. Weather wise for us that means improvements to the forecast. Today should be mainly dry, with mostly cloudy skies overhead with a few peeks of sunshine here and there. Daytime highs are not changing, climbing back into the mid to upper 50's and lower 60's. Tonight with more clearing off to the south, they'll see overnight in lows in the 30':gaah: off to the north, they have more clouds, so overnight lows in the 40's.

This weekend looks to be dry as well. With temps in the 50's & 60's.

The start of next week will primary be cloudy, but it does look like we'll have some more sunny weather breaks. That will also bump up the high temps just a bit.

The fall foliage is now past peak in the central and northern parts of Vermont. But the southern part of the state has peak foliage.

Stay healthy & Safe everyone!

Spend time with family and friends, embrace those memories!

Tuesday 10/17/23

:coffee:....Another Fall day in Indiana, currently overcast skies and 48°F. Most of the Indiana Farmers are going hard into the harvest. Trying to stay ahead of the weather, rain showers are always a little problem. It should be a good yield this year.

Today it's going to be cloudy and 59°F.
Low of 41°F.

Stay Healthy and Be Safe. ....

Fall temps have finally kicked in here in NW Arkansas. 80 degrees a week ago, now, crispy fall evenings and cold mornings. The fall color is now kicking in by the day. Ours is not bright and beautiful, but more on the dull side. :gaah: Today, a little bit of a warm up and we may see low 70's. Right now, 40 degrees.

The Summer That Won't End!

Currently it's 88 degrees and heading for a high of 100+. Humidity is 16%. There are no clouds or wind. Yesterday Phoenix officially had a high of 105. October 16th is the latest date it has been that hot in recorded history. Looks like we'll have 100 degree days right through next weekend. Overnight lows will be right at 70. Our swimming pool is getting good use. The small group of us summer-users is being overtaken by increasing numbers of returning snowbirds. Soon it will be too crowded for my liking. But at least I have other options when it gets a little cooler. Stay safe..... Jim

Today here in Vermont it was cloudy, and cool.

This weekend we will get a lot of rain.

Possibility flooding.
