:gaah:...Well yesterday was a beautiful day. Probably enjoyed one of my last Spyder Ryde Times for this month. The 'white stuff' is coming tonight. Oh well, I will just stay put on the bad days.

Currently overcast sky at 45°F. Rain is falling right now. Supposed to rain most of the morning here. Temperatures are going to drop down and may give us a little freezing rain. Then finally we are scheduled for some snow showers in the evening. Don't know how much we will get. I am hoping for a very lite dusting.

Today's high at 48°F with some rain.
Low of 30°F. Possibly some snow showers.

You know the drill. Stay in the Game and be Happy.

Thursday 11/21/24

...Well this morning I had some lite snow showers and about 1/2" of snow on the ground. They are saying that we might get 1-2" by tonight. All I will say it looks pretty but not very 'friendly'.

Currently snowing at 30°F. I hope everyone that enjoys snow will get their recommended amount. I will try to send you my stuff. ....:roflblack:....:roflblack:

Today's high only 34°F with some snow showers.
Low at 32°F. Maybe get about 3" by tomorrow morning.

Currently 72 degrees and 19% humidity here in the desert. The high today will be 81 and the overnight low will be 51. There are a few high clouds but nothing that the sun can't penetrate. My warped mind had a thought yesterday of taking a picture of our pool area with all the people swimming and lounging. Then posting it here so those having true winter weather could enjoy. But I came to the conclusion that doing so would just be mean spirited! Anyway, the Snowbirds are out in force enjoying our weather. Lots of walkers, golfers, bikers, and sunbathers. There are a lot more Snowbirds that usually invade the desert after the holidays. A noticeable increase in people in the area. Stay safe..... Jim

So far, we have reached 50 degrees. There is a winter chill in the air. Still a few leaves on the trees and there is still green showing in various places. Thankfully, we have had nothing white showing up on the ground yet. It is supposed to become cooler by the day until Thanksgiving week when we are supposed to have highs in the 40's. Time will tell. The seasons march on here. I do appreciate that we have four distinct seasons and all show their personalities.

I miss riding the Spyder all the months of the year, but still have the Kawi Mule and can ride the back roads pretty much at will. I have turned another year older and will soon be experiencing my 8th decade. The time seems to fly by faster by the day. Interesting how the age does not seem "that old" any more. I have slowed down some.

Friday 11/22/24

....Well we now have almost 4" of snow on the ground. It looks pretty and everything is clean and bright.
I will leave it at that.

Currently overcast sky and 34°F. The wind chill factor makes it feel like 25°F. I will mail everyone who has a need for snow tomorrow. ....:roflblack:....:roflblack:

Today's numbers are not the best. High of 43°F.
Low at 36°F.
The salt trucks are out there early morning and doing a good job for the morning rush.

This is the winter snow season for us.
Remember to always clear the windows before you drive. Just be careful about the weather.

Weekend Weather 11/23 - 11/24/2024

Well that snow is gone. The temperatures were warmer than expected and most of the snow melted away. That's a good thing.
So sorry for those of you who wanted me to send you a Truck load of snow.
Not going to happen any time soon.
Currently cloudy sky and 39°F.

High today of 44°F with mostly cloudy sky.
Low at 32°F.

Sunday's high 54°F, with some clouds.
Low at 45°F.

Several good College Football Games are on my Schedule. Have a Blessed Day and Stay Healthy.

Monday 11/25/2024

....Well another fine day is on the schedule.

Sunday's high was trying to get to 60°F, but only reached 58°F. I thought about going for a Spyder Ryde. Just to much road salt. Need some good rain showers to get that job done.

Currently overcast sky and 52°F. Calling for some afternoon rain showers. Maybe get a clean up.

High today of 57°F, possible showers.
Low at 27°F.

That's a big change in the forecast for Indiana.
This week is supposed to be a downturn for us on the temperatures. Can not believe it.
Something like (23°F high/12°F low) are next Sunday's numbers.
Now a 50% chance of getting some snow showers on Thanksgiving. I say bring it on and enjoy the Day.
Not much else I can do about it.

Tuesday 11/26/2024

:yes:...Well yesterday's weather was very nice. It was able to reach 60°F. I will not get many more of those temperature days in 2024. Still calling for some snow showers for Thanksgiving day.

The wife said time to make the pies. She is a great cook and really loves the meal making for the holidays. Going to have pumpkin and pecan pies. Maybe even a Sugar Cream Pie. A favorite of mine.

Currently cloudy sky and 33°F. The wind chill makes it feel like 24°F. No rain for today.

High today of 43°F with some sun.
Low at 31°F.

Currently 74 and headed for a high of 78 here in the desert. There is a thin cloud cover that the weather people call 15%. I think that means it's like having 85% of the sun's strength penetrating through the clouds. Overnight low will be 48 degrees. Humidity is 28% and there is a 3 MPH breeze. I've started my tummy stretching exercises in anticipation of the day of over-indulging coming up on Thursday. Stay safe..... Jim

...Well it is the day before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, we will have a cold wave here in our local area of the World. The temperature has been dropping off the entire week. Snow has been scheduled for tonight and into tomorrow.

Currently cloudy sky and a 36°F morning.
I hope you get to enjoy family time this week. We are having all of the wife's group. Might have over 30 people.

High today of 44°F with mostly cloudy sky.
Low at 33°F. Rain showers in the afternoon.

Thursday 11/28/2024

.... Well first off, Happy Thanksgiving to you.

I have so much to be thankful for and more.
My wife is the best and I am so Thankful for her.
My Mother passed away and we will miss her this season.

Currently overcast sky and 36°F. We didn't get any snow showers this morning. So we will remain on the dry side. The rain showers late last night has made everything very wet. We have some standing water areas in the yard.

Today's high at 37°F with some clouds.
Low of 23°F.

....Well, yesterday I enjoyed the time with my wife and her family. Most of it was about getting older too quickly and where did the years go. ....:dontknow:
The weather was good for people that had to travel in Indiana. Currently cloudy sky and 28°F.

High today of 30°F with lots of clouds.
Low at 14°F. Another dry day for us.
Just really don't care for the cold and snow.

I Trust that you are doing well and had a nice Thanksgiving. Just think next year we will be doing this again. Till next time. ....:thumbup:
