• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Weather perfect today, Feb 7, 2023

Perfect temperature for a ryde, 73°F with low humidity. The low today was in the mid 40's, so I went on an enjoyable 60 miles ryde. I think winter just may be leaving because I saw a bit of color in flowers that were growing in the middle of farmer's fields which was a nice sight to see. I do enjoy north Alabama for reasons like this.

:spyder:....Wow 73°F in Alabama, definitely have a wonderful Ryde Time.
Currently clear and 34°F here in Indiana. So all I can say is 'wish I was there to enjoy it'.
Yesterday was a great temperature day 59°F with lots of sunshine.
Today is going to be a sunny day and the late afternoon is rain showers. Oh well, that's life.

High 50°F with some sunshine.
Low 43°F with lots of rain.

Here in Vt. it is cloudy, and the temp is 35 degrees.

The temps this week in the 30's and 40's. They are forecasting a messy storm at the end of this week.

:coffee:...Welcome to my local area weather, currently 54°F. Rain has been crazy for the past 10 hours. I received a half inch so far. Many puddles in my yard. Thankfully the rain is scheduled to stop around 1pm today. I sure hope so.

High today of 58°F, with some rain showers then a little bit of sunshine. Low of 31°F. What a roller coaster ride in the forecast for today.
I keep forgetting that this is still 'winter'.

:chat:...Well another chilly day for Indiana, currently 36°F with overcast skies. I received over an inch of rain yesterday. There's standing water areas in the yard.
Also have a lot of tree branches down from the high winds of yesterday.

High of 39°F with cloudy skies. Low of 21°F.
Bone chilling cold weather will come tonight. ...:gaah:

We have been mid 40's with rain off an on. The farm ponds are once again full and running over. A slight warm up is expected for the week end.
 
Saturday/Sunday 2/11 - 2/12/23

Another Weekend is here and it's going to be a sunny one. Currently 23°F and clear sky. I guess that means I'm going to have some yard clean up work to do. Still have some water from Wednesday's and Thursday's rain.

Today we will have 45°F and sunshine. Low of 21°F.
Everything looks good for now.

Sunday's high is 50°F with sunshine. Low of 31°F.

:coffee:...Welcome to my local area weather news for Monday, currently 48°F. Today is going to be like a day of
Spring here in Indiana. Lots of great sunshine and beautiful blue sky.

High today 54°F, low of 28°F.
No snow here.

Current temp is 34 degrees, here in Vt.

This week they are forecasting Spring like temps. The temps will be in the 40's &50's this week. The days will be mostly cloudy and partly sunny. ( there goes the sled trails!) A cold front will arrive on Thursday night and bring a return to more seasonal weather for the end of the week. They are forecasting scattered rain and snow showers into the start of Friday morning as temps begin to drop into the 30's.

Next week, temps will be more seasonal for the beginning of the weekend. On Sunday and Monday the temps will be warming back up again! Highs in the mid 40's. The weather will turn more unsettled on Wednesday and Thursday with rain and snow showers and temps look to return to the mid 30's by the middle of next week.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot about the weather news.
Currently clear sky and 31°F. Yesterday we had a great weather day. Today it's going to be a little windy and warmer.
High of 57°F with lots of sunshine.
Low of 50°F with some evening rain showers.

Ryde if you are able and enjoy some 'wind therapy'.
 
Currently 55 degrees here in the desert S.W. It's been cloudy and windy all day. Dark gray clouds that are just now starting to release their moisture. It's supposed to rain all night until the wee hours of the morning. Big contrast from Sunday when we had 80+ and were riding in shirt sleeves. The overnight low will be 36! Burrrrrr...... Tomorrow should bring sunny sky's and a little warmer weather. Stay safe..... Jim

Just had a little rain and no sunshine and still the temperature was 57°F.
Currently 55°F with clouds and some wind.

Today the local weather is going to be 61°F.
Low at 39°F with some rain.

:coffee:....Well, I woke this morning and listened to the falling rain. The weather people are saying all day rain. Currently we have 36°F and rain. Inside 'honey do's' for me. Oh well, that's what life is about.

Yesterday's weather was just wonderful. It was 63°F with lots of sunshine and some wind. Enjoyed being outside and feeling like 'Spring is here'.
Sorry for your luck, but about 5 more weeks till Indiana Spring. ....:spyder:

Today high of 53°F with some rain.
Low of 26°F. That's not nice. ....:lecturef_smilie:

We had a great 70 degree day yesterday. Linda and I drove up to Branson and had a nice Valentines dinner at Red Lobster. A day late, but we waited for the nicer weather. Last night thunderstorms passed through. Some beautiful green and red colored lightning right over the house. Cooler for the next couple days or so. Sunday and Monday back to the sixties. Only 32 more days until the calendar says Spring. I am guessing the lawn will need cutting before then. :yes:

OFF -off topic..... I gave up sno-mobiling about 6-7 years ago and sold all of them. .... re-started my downhill sking ... haven't been happier ..... Mike :thumbup:
