There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Your opinion about the Ryker OEM mirrors

I see several YouTube videos where the Ryker owner (standard model) is negative about the OEM mirrors and they add the Peel & Stick Side View Mirrors (Slingmods) or another after market product. Are the OEM mirrors really that poor, especially at giving a wide view?

Yes, they are horrible. Get the Slingmods version or find (cheaper) alternatives at the auto parts store/Amazon. For what its worth, the peel and stick ones made a HUGE difference.

Full size wide view mirrors can screw with relativity when trying to gauge distance and angle to the next impact point. A little stick on spot at best can at least indicate you're missing something in the "big picture" afforded by the stock mirrors ... eh.

... and not to forget, OBJECTS IN FRONT MAY BE HARDER THAN THEY APPEAR, for those of us who may be distracted too much by what's going on behind them. ;-}

I figure the stock mirrors do a decent enough job of seeing what's behind you, and if aimed properly, show me what I got to see, eh. And me with stenosis and a frozen neck.

+ I put one of those panorama mirrors on ... it looks kinda neat, but can't remember the last time I checked it for anything but looking for bugs in my teeth at stops ... eh. That said, it DOES do a better job of pointing out movement outside the OEM mirror's field of view enough to make you look twice ...

PS - don't forget - you can adjust the focal length and view by adjusting the angle of the risers at the bar mounts. One time process to get it right.

I feel that the OEM mirrors are too far to the side. Ya gotta turn your head to the side to use them and take your eyes off what's ahead. I bought some mirrors that clamp on the handlebars just inside of the controls. I kept adjusting them, then finally added 1.5" extensions. Now I just have to move my eyeballs...ha! to see what's back there. They work real good...for me anyway.

I added some convex mirrors onto them for wide angle blind spots. Plus I added regular ( horizontal ) mirrors as well.

First thing I replaced. I simply went out on Amazon found a set of billet glass motorcycle bar end mirrors for same handel bar Dia. Very pleased nice solid clear view, almost no vibration. I think my total spend was under 40$.

I like the large OEM Ryker mirrors. I did add the Slingmods convex stick-on, which is a definite improvement. I tried some of the smaller, cooler looking bar mount mirrors and didn't like them one bit. I don't care if my mirrors are 4" in diameter. At least I can see someone slamming into me at 80mph. FYI, look up how to properly adjust motorcycle mirrors. That helps too.

Can someone post a photo of their Ryker with the stick-on Slingmods’ mirrors? Preferably a long shot from the front to see the whole bike. Thanks.

I think they're pretty nice. They hold position and are large enough for me. Of course there's vibration, but it's nothing compared to my previous Harley Dyna. If they could only be self cleaning though....

The front looks no different as the mirror inserts cannot be seen from the front.

Here's a pic from the rear.
