Well, ready for an oil change and I've got some signs that my Y gaskets are going bad.
I picked up some of the GL 1800 Y gaskets a while back just to be ready.
Anyone that has done these? What are the gotchas? What is the easiest way to change these out. I have the monokey GIVI racks, so taking off those rear side panels is not going to happen. I'm hoping with the Spyder up in the air for my oil change I can loosen them up and slip them off.
Do I need to loosen the stock muffler? Is there are gasket in play there too?
