• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

XK Glow light

That looks good. But, in NYS, those lights are only allowed on while parked. I think that's what my son-in-law (a NYS Trooper) told me when I asked previously. You may want to check on that, if you plan on using when moving. Anyhow, I like'm, and I usually don't like much of what I see.

XK Glow

I've had them on for the last 2 years, and they are the best things out to me

Two things..

First, please let us know just how long it took, how the install went(easy-difficult) and your thoughts.
Also, as far as I know, amber lights facing downwards should be fine, even while driving, as long as they are on and not blinking. As that would be a distraction. But I'm sure you can ask any local law enforcement officer for clarification. I will try and find out as well. The only part of the existing law deals with foward facing lights.
And I believe if you are stopped, just for having these lights, and articulate to the officer the reason for having them is that you want to be more visible to drivers, some of whom are distracted by their cell phones, I am sure you would be fine. Being seen is a very good thing.
