• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

After reading all the reviews on better lighting, I decided to make a change. I called Xenon Depot at the beginning of the week and ordered a set of LED headlight bulbs. I was told that they would go out within 24 hours. I was also told I would get a confirmation email with all my information. I finally called today (Friday) and was told that the bulbs I ordered weren't in stock but were expected today. I agreed to pay extra for overnight, even though the faults were not mine. They are still not in stock, and no one ever followed through on any of the emails I was supposed to get to let me know what was going on.
This company might be a Spyderlover sponsor, but in my opinion, their customer service is really poor and I don't think I would dare do business with them in the future.

Sorry to hear you had a poor experience also. They pay the spyderlover sponsorship and that's where the dedication to being spyder friendly ends. None of their spyder specific kits have any instructions that tell you how to actually install them in a spyder. My bike wouldn't run after installing a HID kit of theirs and they acted like it was the first time they've ever heard of it and it didn't take long to find others on here who experienced similar symptoms. :banghead:

On edit to be fair: My experience wasn't the worst I've ever had and they acted interested and willing to help but maybe not the most forthcoming on potential issues.

Sorry for you but personally when i had a problem with my HID lights, i receivent an EXCELLENT service from Danny at Xenon Depot !

Sorry about your experience. I ordered the LED fog lites and head lites. Three day delivery and they work great. Just plug them in!( after taking old lites out of course :D )

Actually I think I am. As I said in a different post, I ordered the LED H4 kit for my F3 this past Sunday and received it on Wednesday. I even had it shipped to my work address and that entailed sending them an email to verify that the order was legit. I sent that email Sunday as well as another because I forgot to put my Company's suite number on the address when I ordered.

Monday morning I got a reply to both emails from John. The first saying they were processing the order, the second saying they had updated the address. I got the kit Wednesday afternoon at the office.

I feel bad that not everyone had the good experience I have had.
 
Yea, there's more than a few of us not all that thrilled with them....lol. It's been hashed out here many times before but people read and believe what they want too.
