• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Tried some wrapping... Think it came out pretty good.

Super job! Looks like you did a great job on the slanted edges. I assume maybe a hairdryer or mild heat gun help. In any case, well done.
Rob

Very nice! How far under the edges did you continue the wrap? I've never tried it but I'm thinking of trying it on the Rally silver hood plate.

Only about 2 or 3 cm under as you're actually stretching the wrap at the edges which pretty much locks it in place. I'd suggest watching YouTube how to's on wrapping as my initial attempt (without watching videos) at wrapping the whole hood resulted in failure. The accent plate is good start for us newbies.

And yes Rob a heat gun (and a sharp blade) is a must.
