• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It's supposed to be 70 °F tomorrow, I thought I'd ride the Spyder to work.
I haven't touched it since early December. Just parked it in the garage.
I came home from work and thought I'd better try to start it now, in case I need to put it on a charger, or whatever.
Flicked the throttle a few times, hit the starter and GROWL....It started right up.

Yea, we are suppose to get hit the 60's also tomorrow. Right now it is raining. But on Thursday the temps drop into the 40's. My spyder is still hibernation( due to insurance purposes).

This time of the year people start to boil sap( to make maple syrup). There is plenty of moisture in the ground. We have seen sap lines( maple sugaring) on the trees, in the woods when we have been on the snow mobile trails on our sleds. Yea that time of the year.

Supposed to be in the 60's here tomorrow - but there's lots of water (melting snow) on the roads in addition to salt. I'd love to go for a ryde, but my brain tells me not to do it (yet). :(

Yep, the weather was FINE yesterday in New England!

I took the Spyder out for a short drive while the weather was 65 in MA. It's the first time riding since putting on my new sway bar and LEDs. I cannot wait for Spring!!!

80's here today but no seats (at RDL), so I guess I'll just have to watch the neighbors ride by. GRRRRR..

:D The Sun is getting higher in the sky every day!:yes::yes:
Now: If I could just get the Dealer to deliver the bike...

Rode to work yesterday and today. It just starts my day off right to be in the air and outdoors. I have a 17 mile commute, the first 12 of it on a small (fortunately, paved) road that goes through the Jefferson National Forest.

I may get wet this afternoon, as the forecast is "chance of showers," but it was worth it!

Crazy weather, it's 17 degrees here in Sunny Prescott Arizona, we had some snow yesterday and the high today is about 40.

-27c here this morning, about 12" of snow on the ground, and more supposed to hit this afternoon......:banghead:

I "hoping" to get it out of the garage in 6-7 weeks, but we will see. It's been in there since oct 12/17

Seventy degrees in Danbury tomorrow??!! Blast, I wish it was 70 in San Antonio - and dry. I think it's been raining for 40 days and 40 nights in my neighborhood. Thinking of building an ark. :yikes:

GRRRL

Just like the OP i hadn't drove mine since Dec. of last year. I hit the start and vrrrmm fired right up and took it for a spin yesterday while it is in the 80s here as well. :ohyea::ohyea::ohyea:

I've only rydden around 1,500 or 1,600 myles this year so far, partly because of being parked 13 days for a lil vacation on a big white motorboat, and also just staying indoors because of some rather poopy weather... :doorag:

Uh-oh! Did I just sound like that old, old song, "Rub it in, rub it in"? Didn't mean to! (Did too! Did not! Did too! Did not!) :ohyea:

Waiting on the ice to melt off today. 31 deg. and plenty of wet and salty roads here. Spring is in the air!! Mac:doorag:
