• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Winter riding Gear

Thanks, Deb! I caught one at the sale price when you first posted. Already have it in my hands. It will replace ski-bib and First Gear jacket when it's really cold.

I have a 2x top body and 1x bottom... it's a 2x and a little large in the behind but it will have plenty of air in there for insulation! ;)

.

Well, I purchased the First Gear Thermosuit from Motosports and I have to tell you. It was an excellent choice. Tonight coming home it was only 44 degrees out and I hit the highway at 75 mph and never felt a chill. I had my short sleeve uniform shirt and uniform pants on under it but no extra layers. I also added my Turtle Fur Balaclava (sp) and my leather winter gloves and I was perfect. So for those looking for a good deal on some really warm riding clothes I highly recommend this suit. Also, it is 100% waterproof. Here is the link where I purchased the suit http://www.motosport.com/street/product/FIRSTGEAR-THERMO-1PIECE-SUIT/?prodId=508379&nav=&sMMY There are other sites that have this suit if you can't find your size or the color you want. They do run long so if you are tall, this is a great way to go.

Next winter purchase before too long at these temps will be my heated gloves.
