Windshields

I am looking at a 7 Jurock windshield for my 2012 RT-S. On the website they list windshields for the 2014 and up. My question is, is there a difference between the 2014 and up windshield compared to a 2012 RT-S Windshield? Will the 2014 and up windshield work on my 2012 RT-S? I thought there were no differences, but I what to check before I order one.

There might have been a difference in the 2010 model but you're good to go with that windshield on your 2012.
My guess is in 2014 they started to put the air vents in the bottom of the shield which is a definite bonus!

:agree:Yes, you would be better off with the 2014 and up shield, because it does have the air vents, and that helps with wind buffeting.

My wifevasked what I wanted for Father's Day, so I am getting a bigger windshield for us both. I was think of getting 7 Jurock to put the flip on the top of windshield. Has anyone had a windshield with the flip like that? Is it worth the money?

You'll like the addition of those little vents in the corners: they DO reduce the amount of buffeting. :thumbup:

Get a Goldwing vent and cut a hole for it. No buffeting:thumbup:
