It looked like it was a good day for a ride but the wind soon became what felt like gale force and I was having to slide the cheek over to one side to help control the bike at speed. Not at all fun for the 2 of us so we cut the ride short and stopped for some people fuel and I noticed that the lower deflector was gone. Ran over to the dealer and ordered a replacement and booked my time in for the TB check. By the time we got home we were bagged from fighting with the wind and even with ear plugs the extra volume in the helmet pretty much knocked us out. So much for havin a BBQ. Have to do a solid checking of all fasteners tomorrow.
