• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Will a Windscreen Help block the wind? What size for a Ryker

Had back surgery and find the wind hitting me at speeds over 35mph painful on the back. Will a windscreen help block the wind hitting me from the waist up? What size for a Ryker? I'm 6' 5"

I know Madstad makes a good windshield. I have the adventure windshield and I'm 5' 10" and it does ok. If I was to get another I would go with madstad. You can call and talk with them.

I'm sure you will find one for you. But remember that the bigger the windscreen, the bigger the sail. Cross winds aren't fun with large windscreens.

I had same issue as you, wind was brutal at speeds like you mention with no windscreen. The small can-am windscreen was not much help for me at 5'7" :ohyea: I got the madstad windscreen and it took that issue you have away. I'd suggest getting the one that allows you to open the frunk without moving the windscreen all the way up(sport). That was a pain to do all the time, so I then got the one I suggest and it's so much nicer! I got the 16 inch one so you probably want to go taller. F4 custom windscreen is very nice also. Good luck!

F4 is the answer. I went and bought 2 other windshields before this one. What a mistake they were.

Spent the $400 and got the F4. Worth it in spades.

I have the Puig universal windshield. It is short but slightly larger than the can am shield. Its just enough to get the wind off my chest and deflected to my helmet area plus it allows me to turn my head side to side without feeling like my head is going to get ripped off.
