• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Will a BajaRon Bar off a 2018 F3T fit a 2020+ RT?

It will fit, but it won't do a proper job. Our RT bar is a fair amount stronger than the F3 bar (same goes for the OEM bars). The RT is heavier and has a higher center of gravity than the F3. This requires more control from the sway bar. An F3 bar on an RT will give you improvement over stock. But it won't be what the bar designed for the RT will do. Especially if you ride 2-up.

Putting our F3 bar on an RT is safe, so no issue there. But it will still allow more lean and dive into turns, etc., than the bar made for your RT.

And never go the other way (putting an RT bar on an F3). There are those who say 'Get the stiffest sway bar you can'. That's bad advice. The sway bar is a 'Goldilocks' product. It can be too light duty (OEM), too heavy duty (some aftermarket bars or bars not designed for your particular model) or just right. You definitely want just right. A too stiff sway bar can be dangerous in low traction situations, like rain, etc. Don't ask me how I know.

I tested a range of bars during development. A too stiff bar can be impressive in the right conditions. But quite dangerous in low traction situations. It can be like driving on ice. You turn the handlebars but the bike continues straight ahead. This can happen without warning. Definitely not recommended.

The sway bar looks simple enough. But it needs to be tuned to your vehicle. Don't take this low tech looking component lightly.

Ride Fun but Ride Safe!

Thanks for the info.
No problem. I know it may sound like I'm trying to sell another bar. But I don't want you to be disappointed with the results after going to all that effort of swapping them out. If you were able to ride both options, you would definitely notice a difference..
