Check the battery, all connections, vacuum hoses, kill switch, ignition switch & key, vapour canister, tyres, shocks, plug leads, throttle body, brake switch, gear position switch, alignment, ball joints, belt tension, brake fluid caps.

Have i forgotten anything ?

You forgot to check the blinker fluid.

He needs to insert the electron flow sequence completer device in the electron flow provider. Then realign the flow circuit interrupter to allow for alternating electron flow to the current specific drive device that powers the vacuum producing impeller.
