Why I cannot sell my 2015 F3-S Spyder

We are moving to a home with 2 less garage spaces (down from 4) than I currently have and was considering selling the F3-S Spyder. When I looked at all of the cool farkles that I had on the trike that make it uber comfortable and the fact that 6 months ago I had a left hip replacement that made the ryde way more comfortable for my aging body, there was NO WAY that I could sell this fun machine.

I went on a 240 mile ryde yesterday with an old buddy who is 80 years young and rides a 650 Suzuki Burgman scooter that can really move. The Spyder was just too much fun and continues to be a terrific contrast to my Harley Tri Glide Ultra which is so "industrial" compared to the refined Can-Am.

I guess I will happily be "stuck" with this machine for a couple of more years We stopped at a Can-Am dealer on our travels yesterday and other than the digital dash, there was not a lot compelling about getting a newer model at this point. I suspect that Can-Am will rethink this by 2020 when my warranty expires and might entice me to get a newer machine? We will have to wait and see. Bob

A LOT of us are right on board with your line of thinking. Hanging on to what we have. Both mine have 28K miles and counting. :yes::yes::yes:

And...I have a one year old (new hip).

Capt. Bob, I salute you on your choice, I'll add a +1 :agree: to the list. If I had to choose, my truck would just have to sit outside all winter long (isn't that why they make remote starts with heat), luckily, I have a good friend with room at his shop for my winter storage.

One of my employees who purchased a HD last fall told me he had an opportunity to test ride a spyder the other day and it made him wish he had riden one before the harley purchase, he stated it was a blast to ride. He's not telling me anything I don't know. Chris

I am sorta in the same situation. I recently moved from California to Missouri, and do not have room for my F3T and matching trailer with all the other stuff I had to buy for the farm. With the riding lawn mower for the big areas, the push mower for the small areas, the rototiller for the garden, and all the miscellaneous tools that required a large tool box. I know I will not have the room for the F3T when I bring her home in May.

What to do, what to do? I'll buy another shed for the garden tools :yes::yes::yes:

Well done Capt Bob. My replacement hip is almost 4 years old now and it appreciates my Spyder much more than our two wheelers. The Spyder would be the last thing to go! Well, maybe my wife would be last.
