• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Why did you buy Your spyder?

I saw them on the news back in 2007/2008 and immediately wanted one. Saw my first one in real life in 2009 and that sealed the deal that someday I'd get one. Test drove the RS in 2009 but didn't feel comfortable with the sport bike rider position and I wasn't sure risers would let me sit up more so I didn't pull the trigger on it. We lost our local dealership so I didn't realize until this year that the RTs were out there (didn't see any of them on the road until this year). Sat on one on a Saturday, test drove and bought it on Tuesday when the dealership opened up next.

Got my first motorcycle in 1984, and I can still drive 2 wheels, but feel safer on 3 -- I wanted more power and wasn't sure if I could deal with a bigger bike at slow speeds and intersections.

Rode for 20+ years but never fully legal. Fast forward to responsibility, people depending on me and a bit of mortality realization it only took one commercial to get me interested.

Love the open ride, stability and uniqueness.
