• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Why Buy a Spyder?

Bruiser and I bought the first Spyder in 2010. He knew I would ride because of the three wheels. Never having ridden any kind of 'bike', I was very comfortable as passenger with Bruiser. He had many motorcycles in the past, and is a great 'driver'. As I've stated before, he made the mistake of asking me if I wanted to learn how to ride. At first I was hesitant, never thought I could do it, but with his encouragement, the Girls on Spyders, and people on here, I now have my "M" endorsement, ryde alone or together with Bruiser, and love it!!:yes:

You ROCK! :ohyea:

 ANOTHER SUCCESS STORY. HOPE TO MEET YOU ONE DAY.

It is kinda fun getting all the attention when there are a lot of different bikes around. My buddies on two wheelers always joke about allowing extra time on our rides because of all of the attention the Spyder gets with people wanting to look at it and talk with me. My wife and I had the same kind of attention on a cross country trip last year on the Spyder, it was hard to get away from almost every gas stop! I am like you, seems I have always been different, I never have cared about having something just because it is what everyone else has. maybe it has something to do with being left handed. I think I'll start a thread: How many spyder riders are left handed? :roflblack:

Stan

Left handed here too, we are the only ones in our right mind
