• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Who rode today?

I've been out all week riding with temps in mid to high 40s to mid 50s Thursday and Friday looks like mid 60s. Than the rain will come in on Saturday and the next 5 days, sunny with temps remaining in high 50s to mid 60s.

I know how tough it must be to see your Spyder sitting in the garage and wishing the cold and snow would go away. I felt like that before moving here, without a bike. I hated every winter, except when Bob Steele was announcing school closings on WTIC radio, back in the 1950s and 60s. Of course a dusting of flurries, didn't count as a storm back than. :D

Rode 45 minutes to work this morning, arriving about 6:45 AM. It was 28 degrees, but had the Gerbings on & the heated grips on low. Overall, I was very comfortable. Looking forward to the ride home in the upper 50's.

Last weekend I rode 532 miles on sat. which included a power plant tour and a ryde following lunch - Temp 77 degrees

This sat will be around 300 miles helping a friend break in their new RT. - temp set for 69 degrees :2thumbs:

All next week is scheduled for rain storms so it will be time for the next oil change.

Sunday Play off games

Lots of short rips today - 25f in the morning, 44 in the afternoon, totaled may 40 miles and it felt like Spring!

The temp has been in the 20's and 30 for the past few days here in Maryland and I have rode my :spyder2: everyday to work. Tuesday when I left for work it was 15, but I only have a 25 min ride to work, so it wasn't to bad.

I love riding my :spyder2: no matter what the weather is and I'm 65 years old.

Don :2thumbs:

Where the heck are ya in MD? It's was a little over 50 today and yesterday in the Baltimore area...
