• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It was a great winter for riding. The weather cycle was odd but when we had snow we had lots of it and the trails were excellent. I just snowchecked a new sled today.

Yes it was a great season to ride. I wish I would have had more time to do more riding, but overall it was good. May I ask which sled you snow checked?

Snowchecked a Polaris Indy XC 129 600. New model next year. Just like the picture below but orange instead of red.

Thought about a new Ski-Doo but I think the Polaris AXYS chassis handles better than the Gen 4 Ski-Doo Chassis. I think you said you have 4-stroke sleds? I would buy a Yamaha 4-stroke sled. They have a great power to weight ratio. Just as fun as a 2-stroke to ride. But I'm not a huge Yamaha fan and they are expensive sleds. I have no love for the Ski-Doo 4-strokes. I'd say just from riding both of them that the Polaris 600 SDI and the Ski-Doo e-tec are very closely matched power plants. e-tec has better fuel and oil usage than the Polaris though. I'm a 2-stroke guy at heart :)

Also, I've decided I'm not buying any more BRP products until they release a "Sport" Spyder that doesn't have a cruiser riding position. No need to keep investing my money in a company that doesn't build products I want to buy.

Good choice! Polaris makes some nice sleds. No matter what brand we ride, it is all about having fun!

Thanks. Yes, agreed there really are no bad sleds. All the manufactures have stepped up their game. As long as your out there having fun. That's what's important.
