where to get parts question...

I am looking to get a BRP part for the sport rack...unfortunately, Bert's has horrible customer service...you get bounced around and wait on hold forever...can someone get me a number for an outfit that that can get me BRP parts? Direct Line doesn't get BRP parts...

Why not call your dealer? I've got to tell you that I tried getting a part for the sport rack; I even had the p/n. The dealer called BRP while I was standing there and I heard the customer service rep. say that if I wanted that part I'd have to buy another sport rack. Good luck getting the part that you want.

Did you find the part that bc was looking for? I checked and only found the BRP sport rack and no individual parts.

I don't believe bone crusher is looking for the sport rack, only the part that you drill for a top case install. He has the p/n 705 003 389 that he needs to order.
