I read the post about jacking up the Spyder to install the heavier swaybar, but where are the safe places to jack up the Spyder with a hydraulic floor jack, say if one only wants to raise the rear end to get the rear wheel off the ground. Is it safe to put jack stands under the A frame? and if not there then where to put the jack stands, I dont get under a 1K lb bike without jack stands. I noticed from another post that a motorcyclelift was used under the center of the Spyder, but I didnt see any jack stands. Seems like it would be easier to slide a hydraulic floor jack under the front somewhere if one was to change one tire or both tires at the same time. I have a motorcycle lift and at times it would be handy, if used from the front, how far toward the rear does it need to be slid under the Spyder to get a good solid point for lifting?
Any suggestions appreciated.
