• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Whats the average age of Spyder Riders?

Here is a link to a previous poll done a year ago.

Lets see if there are many changes.

The 60-69 bracket had everyone beat last time.

I am guessing that the age demographics have a lot to do with disposable income--since the :spyder2: is such an expensive machine to buy and to keep up. Not a lot of people on a tight budget are going to go out and drop $20K or better for a first motorcycle--hence not a lot of younger ryders.

I will be 66 later this month.

71 next month. My Passenger, who made me trade my GS on the RT (and I thank her for it) is 70.
Our Jack Russell, Jenny, who rides with us is 2 1/2.

78, here. The Dr. said that if I didn't get myself a Spyder, he'd have to write me an Rx:D for one. He didn't have to. Lovin' every minute of it. AND, my wife is riding with me, again. Life is GOOD!! :D
