The blank post issue stemmed from posts with links in them, reason being an old plugin for bbcode videos parsing, ill see if its fixable, for now its off.

I think a restore to an earlier date, like last week would be an improvement.

Its the same software with the exception of code changes to be compatible with php 7, as php 5.6.x is EOL next month.

Yes something is screwy with the software.
Probably a simple fix to a setting or a reboot.
You think maybe the administrator has something more important on his mind ?????
