What year did they make purple RT's

When I went to the grocery store this afternoon, I saw a purple RT headed north on state route 347. It's the first purple Spyder that I've seen. I'm just curious as to which year they offered the purple paint. Or maybe it had a custom paint job.

The Black Currant can look purplish in bright sunlight..... the metal flake is a maroon color that really pops in the sun..... LOVE mine.

If it was a "Rat Fink" kind of purple; you were looking at custom paint... :thumbup:

Black, 2 versions
White
Silver, at least 2 versions
Blue, 2 versions
Red, 2 versions
Yellow
Brown
Cognac

How long were you in the liquor department..?? :roflblack::roflblack: has not been a factory color yet but does not mean it won't npbe. They have some funky colors this year...:yikes:

It was real purple.

It was a "grab your nose and shake your head" kind of purple. And, I am sorry to report that I was on my way to the liquor department. I didn't see one eye or one horn, either. It must have been a custom paint job.
