• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What would you change on the Ryker?

Hi all ref changes to Ryker . Cruise control front and rear adjustable suspension Standard , the headlight bulbs should be LED carnt think of anything else YET. Regards Nico 75

Maybe it's because I don't have the hand guards, but I really don't like the extra gap between the grips and the bar end.

Otherwise, I'm happy with this as my first uncaged ride.

User interface. One of these days I'll get the clock figured out, but to be frank I'm riding to lose track of time anyway. Cruise! Lower RPM travel/better fuel economy. More ground clearance.

Better gas mileage and a windshield that is not a toy. A simple aux. 12 volt connection. Oil filter instead of cartridge type. Lug nuts instead on of 1 65 mm nut. Overall I think the Ryker is a good machine and a good value, but that does not mean it can't be improved.

It's interesting some of you don't like the noise. I find it to be one of it's endearing qualities. It clunks, spits, jumps around, skids, vibrates and is generally unruly (also good quality's for a woman). I think it's great. More like a 60's muscle car than a high tech Tesla. I hope there will be an aftermarket exhaust that will make it roar

Exactly how I feel about it. I like the rumble and the vibrations. (panels included)

Take away that see-thru gap under the upper body, and use that space for a little more gas tank volume.

A toy? How is it a toy? I got one because it is annoying when the wind lifts up the helmet considerably. The windshield fixes the problem perfectly.[/QUOTE
My impression when I first took it out of the box and my feeling has not changed much. While it does break the wind, it is to small to repel rocks, bugs and other debris. Also it would need to move another 4 inches to make me happy.
Today I had to stop 3 times to clean bugs off my visor, can make it hard to see going 60 mph.

The styling, and riding position. Then I might consider buying one (along with a couple years in manufacturing to get the kinks out).

Would love to see an electric version.

And a wider rear tire, definitely.

All that would do is increase your chances of hydroplaning! I had the base model Slingshot, and it hydroplaned at times. I'd hate to think what a more expensive model with a WIDER tire would do!

Better seat( that fits like a saddle not a enlarged bicycle seat)

I added a LARGE gel seat cover that make the seat in effect quite a bit larger. But I only use it for longer trips.

Hi there! I’ve been riding my Rally edition for over a month now, and still enjoy it very much! No one mentioned this, but I would definitely love to have an electric reverse switch since I’m always struggle at switching due to its position. Also electrical push button parking brake with an option to auto engage after engine cutoff. Not a big fan of a loud beeping each time I park and forget to immediately apply PB... Definitely(!!!) something has to be done with that super clunky tranny that make me always hesitate at intersections.. better and larger instrument cluster, and definitely all LED lighting, can’t believe they still use old crappy bulbs in new machines..

I want a lockable compartment (maybe the frunk) to keep registration / insurance papers etc.
My Sportster didn't have the traditional underseat stash and I had to remember to stuff all that in my pockets when I went out to ride.

It would also be nice to have a locking gas cap.
