• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What Vendors Do You Want For SF2013?

I would like to see the main vendor "BRP" with many of their apparel accessories there. More the hard to decide stuff. ie: leather pants, mesh summer riding pants in all sizes. So I can try on and get the right size. These are high ticket items. I hope they would let Len put in a big order and return what doesn't sell, since so many will be at this event. It would be a win win for all.

How about a Dyno. Would like to get my juice box and Two Brothers dialed in. I still have problems when it gets hot. seems to load up and run rough till it clears out.

This is helping us to see what we need to do to make this a good event and take care of all of you..... If you like it we love it.

Dimple Motorcycle Magnets, the make drain plugs with very powerful magnets.

I want and am ready to buy:

a BumpSkid
BajaRon Sway Bar (RT)

some LEDs - tricfenderz, center running third brake light

Cal-Sci windshield or other vented windshield to cut down on buffeting

I would love to try and perhaps buy:

Ultimate Seat or Corbin Seat

(All installed, of course!)

Fortunately for you, most of them will be there. Although, if you want your seat customized, it won't happen at the event. I know that Des, from Ultimate, will carry stock black and maybe a few other more common combos, trimming out your seat with custom colored stitching and embroidering will have to be done per order at his factory. Many people from last year's SF ordered seats from him and had them delivered shortly thereafter. You really must see the color and material options in person to get a better idea of what you want.

Custom Dynamics

I received this email from Dave at CD:

Hi Kevin, we have a conflict with PCB rally so we cannot attend, I am looking to see if one of our dealers can represent us there. Thanks for considering us. Dave

I don't know if any of the other CD dealers/reps are going to be there yet or not.

There will be other lighting experts there, so don't fret.

Thanks For Your Input

I'm glad to see this much activity on this post. Hopefully, all of your inputs will result in possibly getting more vendors to make the trip to this year's SF. In time, I think that we'll have almost all vendors at this event. Sturgis started out small and look at it now. This is only the 4th SpyderFest and I think there's a good chance we'll top 1,000 bikes this year. If I remember right, we have at least 41 states and Canada represented. Not too shabby

See you all there. We're going down to Pit Bull Power Sports for an SF meeting tomorrow and Saturday. I hope to have some nice pics to post when I get back.

Now that I've disconnected my fuel and temp gages, I'd like to see a vendor carrying replacement gages. I'll be looking for a volt meter and possibly a power port.

"pitbull powersports" maybe len will order some replacements from some outside vendor? what you think len? analog and digital? bought mine from prosport gauges.comes in red/blue/green/white display.

ReflectGard

I called and talked to Morgan Holt at www.jmhmotorsport.com about being a vendor for his ReflectGard applications for the Spyder RTs.

Seems he hasn't received any of my e-mails about being a vendor at SpyderFest. He said he will be contacting you soon and appreciated the heads of about SpyderFest.

His contact number is: 205-752-4009 in Alabama.
